Breakfast is my favorite meal. How about you? I am not sure if it is the eggs and cheese, fruits, or sugar and flour that can be conjured up into so many magical sweet delights. Pancakes, coffee cake, Kuchen, muffins, doughnuts . . . my list could go on and on .. . . What is on your list? Above are Doughnut Muffins that I made in a doughnut pan so they are baked not fried. Spring vegetable Quiche and a potato Casserole. This was at Easter.
